Just as the Student records have specific state and federal requirements that your school is required to maintain. Teachers files have different requirements including the Florida Ethics In Educaiton Act that can put an educational institution at risk if they are not in complicance. It there is an investigation into one of your staff personell even if the investigation finds no wrong doing which is most oftern the case, if the school could still face serious conquesnses if the complicance with the requirements is not both complete and properly documented.
